This section is about us. Tribe, herd, species. We are social animals, after all. Our very identity is born in relationship. Thus, here is where I talk politics, economy and all things societal and zeitgeist. In short, I aim to examine how we organise ourselves to live together without recourse to violence, cruelty or suicidal folly.
Doubtless some of you will loathe what you take to be my … (insert appropriate ideological insult). This I cannot help; but what I can promise is that I have tried at all times to take what I consider to be rational positions free of identity polemic, jingoism, dystopian dread, utopian fantasy and/or fin du monde mania.
PS: I also try to keep it light sometimes.
